Shipping Policy
- Same-Day Dispatch:
Orders received before 11:00 AM (IST) are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 11:00 AM may be dispatched within 24 hours. - COD Orders:
Some Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take additional time for dispatch, especially if the product needs to be transferred to our main dispatch location. - Multiple Warehouses:
Certain prepaid orders are shipped from third-party or regional warehouses. In such cases, tracking details will be provided once we receive them from the respective facility. - Shipping Partners/Courier Partners:
All orders are shipped through following courier partners based on cost and service available at the best at that time:

– India Post - Estimated Delivery Time:
Most orders within India are delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location. International deliveries may take 7–14 business days. - Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free for order value Rs. 300/- and above. For order value less than 300/- shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the total order value, and will be visible at checkout, unless mentioned as free shipping. - International Shipping:
We ship globally! Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer in advance before dispatch.
🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
- No Return or Exchange Policy:
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. - Reporting a Damaged Item:
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via:- Our Contact Us page
- Accepted Cases for Returns/Replacement:
- Received damaged or defective product
- Received wrong item or size (if different from what was ordered)
💳 Refund Policy
- Replacement First:
If your claim is approved, we will try to replace the item (subject to availability). If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed. - Refund Timelines:
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your store wallet only. You can use this credit for future purchases on our website.
- No Refunds for:
- Size issues (unless we sent the wrong size)
- Color differences due to screen resolution
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
- Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

- Always record a parcel opening video to support any claims of damage or missing items.
- Slight variations in color, embroidery, or design may occur due to photography and screen differences—these are not considered defects.
