It all started with Raashid Ansari, a Textile graduate from Mumbai with an eye for timeless elegance. While scrolling through Instagram and fashion blogs, he noticed something—women in India were falling in love with the rich embroidery, elegant patterns and styles, and unique designs of Pakistani suits. But finding authentic and high-quality Pakistani suits at an affordable range was a challenge.
Raashid started small—sourcing a few pieces and showcasing them on Facebook Marketplace and Instagram page and WhatsApp groups. The response was surprisingly good. Women from across India were not just buying—they were coming back for more.
What began as a side hustle in a one-room apartment with five styles and a homemade photoshoot evolved into a full-fledged e-commerce brand. In just a few years, Pakistani Dresses India has grown to serve thousands of happy customers across India, the Middle East, the UK, USA, and Canada.
